Set across 3 days, this prestigious international event required meticulous planning and management. With multiple sections to the programme, several different venues, rooms and spaces were utilised across proceedings, each being selected for a specific use. This helped break up the 3-day event for the guests. This event required a full portfolio of international conference services.
The whole conference and break-out rooms were modelled so that the client could get a full indication of the event before it began. The success of this event secured The Halo Group work with GAP on several other projects.
